Melissa Bottcher.

CEO & Founder · Supervisor for Visitation

My heart is rooted in faith, family, service and the belief that broken places can be rebuilt through God's grace, love and guidance. As a mother, educator and professional with experience in administrative work and supervision, I understand the importance of patience, structure, compassion and consistency.

My passion is rebuilding families — encouraging stronger foundations, restoring hope and helping families recognize that even when life brings challenges, rebuilding is possible.

“For the people had a mind to work.” — Nehemiah 4:6 (KJV)

Just as the walls of Jerusalem were rebuilt through collective effort and steadfast commitment, families can begin to rebuild their foundations with faith, purpose and a willingness to do the work.

The work may not always be easy, but with faith, unity, and a mind to work, rebuilding is possible.

Rebuilding, one step at a time.

The people behind the work.
